Central Piedmont Summer Theatre 2020 Postponed Until 2021

Dear Central Piedmont Summer Theatre Patrons,

Thank you for your continued support of our summer theatre program. Without you and your loyalty we would not have a program year after year. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has resulted in various social distancing and stay-at-home orders and recommendations, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the 2020 Summer Theatre season. This decision was made with heavy hearts as we put the health of our staff, students, patrons, and community first. We are happy to report that after working with show licensing agencies we will be able to perform the original slate of 2020 Summer Theatre season shows at a later point in time. Stay tuned for more information. For now, we will be taking a Central Piedmont Summer Theatre gap year.

As we adjust to our new way of life, we hope to bring you some virtual theatre offerings while you remain in your homes. With much uncertainty surrounding in-person, group gatherings, we will continue to make updates as needed. Please stay up to date by following us on our communications channels, including our blog, Facebook page, Instagram account, the State of the Arts newsletter, and on the Tix website.

For current Central Piedmont Summer Theatre subscribers, the Box Office will be contacting you through email about your purchased subscription. Should you have questions, do not hesitate to contact us by emailing boxoffice@cpcc.edu.

We look forward to when we can meet again,

The Central Piedmont Performing Arts Team
