COVID, isolation, fractured relationships, economic hardship, racial discrimination and trauma, political unrest and violence – not to mention adapting to a new learning environment – have left many of us feeling burned out.

Central Piedmont’s Counseling Services is here to support you, whether you’re dealing with stressful situations, painful emotions, difficult relationships, or challenges with school.
