Central Piedmont’s Phi Beta Lambda/FBLA Chapter earns Gold Star Status

Central Piedmont’s PBL/FBLA chapter was recognized as one of the state’s few Gold Star Chapters at the 2021 Fall Leadership Development Conference. Earning Gold Star Chapter status is an accomplishment of which the chapter should be proud as it exemplifies the chapter’s commitment to getting the year off to a great start. To earn Gold Star status specific membership and active participation milestones must be met by October. The chapter must also attend the Fall Leadership Conference. students lined up in front of stage holding certificates

This year, chapter President, Charlie Aluise, a Business Administration major, attended the conference and represented the students of Central Piedmont. Additionally, Carlotta Sepulveda, an Advertising and Graphic Design major virtually participated by designing a pin reflecting upon this year’s theme, “Success Starts Here.”
Membership in this renowned student organization is still open to all students as the year just started and there are lots of opportunities to participate in upcoming events and competitions. Charlotte will host the state conference April 7-9, 2022. Obtain more information or join today by completing the membership application here. You may also reach out to one of the chapter advisors:
