Psi Beta, the national honor society for psychology for community colleges, has awarded Central Piedmont’s chapter with the “Chapter Excellence Award” for the 2022-23 school year.
Our chapter was recognized for their activities in service, research, leadership, and scholarship. According to the Psi Beta National Council, few chapters achieve this level of excellence.
To join the larger organization as a member and serve as a club officer, there are GPA and course completion requirements. To join us casually, you only need to have passed a General Psychology course and be interested in psychology. Students who are interested in joining Psi Beta can contact advisor Deninne Pritchett at deninne.pritchett@cpcc.edu.
