Career Services is pleased to announce the first hiring events of the 2018/2019 Academic Year! Students seeking part-time jobs should make plans to attend at least one part-time job fest:
- Central Campus, Tuesday, August 28, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., Worrell Lobby.
- Levine Campus, Wednesday, September 12, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., Levine II Bldg., Second Floor
- Cato Campus, Thursday, September 12, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., Cato I Atrium
Our Levine and Cato events will also feature local non-profits who will be seeking volunteers. These events are hosted in partnership with Service Learning and Student Life.
To make a great first impression, we recommend that students dress to impress, bring a resume, and prepare a short introduction about themselves. Quick tips to prepare are available on the Career Services website at cpcc.edu/career/studentsgrads/ocr. Students can also get help with their resume by scheduling an appointment at any campus (cpcc.edu/career/contact-us) or coming to Drop-In Hours at Central Campus (Wednesdays, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., CH122) or Levine Campus (Tuesdays, 2 p.m. – 4 p.m., Student Success Center).

Due to expected rain, Tuesday’s Part-Time Job Fest on CPCC’s Central Campus has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 20 from 10 a.m.- noon on the Overcash Lawn. Attention students! Plan to attend the Levine Campus Volunteer & Part-Time Job Fest this Thursday, Sept. 24 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the second floor of Levine Building II. More than 15 companies will be on campus actively recruiting students for part-time jobs and nonprofit agencies will be talking about service opportunities.
