The Central Piedmont Community Chorus is an outlet for learning and
performing various styles of music on stage in Christmas concerts and an
annual spring revue. Participants have fun learning, share a love for music,
and enjoy performing wholesome entertainment for the community. No audition required.

CHORAL ENSEMBLE
AAC8733 HOURS:

Chorale Ensemble is 16-member, SATB chorus. Many of the members are drawn from the AVO8722 Central Piedmont Community College. Audition required.

On Saturday, June 1 at 8pm and Sunday, June 2 at 3pm, the Central Piedmont Community Chorus and Chorale will present: Everlasting Melodies – a mixture of childhood favorites and melodies that have lasted generations. Included in the show will be pieces from our favorite cartoons, books and movies, and an occasional surprise. This fun filled show will be loved by every age. Come out and enjoy the dancing, singing and the joy of music with us! 

Location: Huntersville United Methodist Church; 14005 Stumptown Rd. in Huntersville, 28078. Cost is $12.00 and children under 10 are free! Call 704.875.1471for Will Call information!

Charles Morrow is in his 6th year with the chorus. A 2004 graduate of the Lenoir Rhyne University School of Music, Charles has taught music in the Charlotte area for close to 8 years. He has also worked privately with many vocal coaches as well as in works with fellow conductors; such as Anton Armstrong, Andre Thomas, Weston Noble and Craig Dennison. He was named the Helen Stahler Music Award recipient for his contributions to music at Lenoir Rhyne. Charles is an avid performer vocally and as a conductor.
