While our site focuses mostly on instilling a great nutritional foundation for our young people. There are other interesting sites and bits of information that you might find useful.  Also occasionally you just have to laugh….

  • NFL Rush – NFL Rush is the a site produced by the National Football Leauge. NFL PLAY 60 is the National Football League’s campaign to encourage kids to be active for 60 minutes a day in order to help reverse the trend of childhood obesity.
  • 10 Ways to Get Kids to Eat Healthy – WebMD, the leading provider of health information services, and Sanford Health, the largest not-for-profit rural health care provider in the United States, have teamed up to develop a comprehensive suite of resources that will empower children and parents to make healthy lifestyles choices that help prevent childhood obesity.  Be sure to the check out the videos and recipes at the bottom of the page.
  • Vegetable Song for Kids – This song combines learning about vegetables and what letter they begin with in the alphabet. Please sing along with your kids and enjoy!!!
