A group of student winners standing in front of a projector screen, holding certificates🎉 Central Piedmont proudly announces the winners of the ACA Scholarship for Fall 2023 and Spring 2024! Each semester, seven exceptional students are awarded $600 each for their resilience and dedication.

About the Scholarship:

  • The ACA Scholarship is part of the Academic Related Courses (ACA) area.
  • To apply, students wrote essays answering: “Being resilient (the ability to recover quickly from difficult conditions) is a life skill that we often do not recognize. How have you been resilient in your journey as a community college student, and what does this journey look like?”
  • Applicants were evaluated on their eligibility and the quality of their essays.
