Vocal Repertoire

This course provides group and individual instruction in skills and techniques of the voice. Emphasis is placed on classical vocal styles and extensive exploration and study of appropriate vocal literature. Upon completion, students should demonstrate a proficient level of performance in their selected repertoire. This course will focus on selection of vocal repertoire, the song study process, review of proper vocal technique, process of working with an accompanist, and performance presentation.
