Welcome to another CTLE “Toolin’ Around”!
What are these posts?
They are brief, easy-to-implement tips involving the tools we use every day with students to make our teaching lives, well, easier (and possibly even more effective).
Toolin’ Around Tip: The Course Administration Webtools is the place where faculty and staff can create, combine, rename, and delete personal models; incorporate their live course into a new personal model; and check on their course information and important dates. These features will help streamline your development process to help make it easier to focus on your course content.
Benefits?
- You can create new Personal Models to develop in (you can also copy your latest live course into your Personal Model).
- You can also delete any Personal Models you don’t need.
- You can combine your course (or uncombine) as long as you submit it before the course start date.
- You can now see all of your course’s important dates in one place!
- As long as you have your Course Prefix and Course Number, then you can use the Course Administration Webtools to find dates specific to your course and section.
- Check out the Course Administration Webtools FAQs document for more information and videos!
