🌿 7 Ways to Practice Self-Love:
- Prioritize your well-being. Eat well, sleep enough, and move your body! Need support? Students can access Counseling Services and have access to the many services offered by the Wellness Center.
- Be kind to yourself. Mistakes happen! Practice self-compassion and avoid harsh self-judgment.
- Avoid unhealthy comparisons. Social media can amplify stress—unplug when needed to focus on your journey.
- Set boundaries. It’s okay to say “no” and protect your energy.
- Forgive yourself. Let go of past regrets and use mindfulness to stay present.
- Choose supportive people. Surround yourself with loving, uplifting relationships and let go of those that don’t serve you.
- Shift your mindset. Replace negative thoughts with positive affirmations and focus on growth.
