💖 February is for Self-Love! 7 Ways to Care for Yourself This Month 💕

🌿 7 Ways to Practice Self-Love:

  1. Prioritize your well-being. Eat well, sleep enough, and move your body! Need support? Students can access Counseling Services and have access to the many services offered by the Wellness Center.
  2. Be kind to yourself. Mistakes happen! Practice self-compassion and avoid harsh self-judgment.
  3. Avoid unhealthy comparisons. Social media can amplify stress—unplug when needed to focus on your journey.
  4. Set boundaries. It’s okay to say “no” and protect your energy.
  5. Forgive yourself. Let go of past regrets and use mindfulness to stay present.
  6. Choose supportive people. Surround yourself with loving, uplifting relationships and let go of those that don’t serve you.
  7. Shift your mindset. Replace negative thoughts with positive affirmations and focus on growth.
