The Carolinas Asian-American Chamber of Commerce and Mint Hill Marketing presents the Charlotte AI Summit 2025, hosted in partnership with Central Piedmont’s Small Business Center and Central Piedmont’s Technology Division, featuring the Asian American Foundation of the Carolinas, Savvy Pioneer, the Social Media Club Charlotte, SEI Charlotte, and AI Inno Council.

This event is open to the public and registration is free. It runs from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. and takes place on Central Campus, Parr Center.

On May 15, Central Piedmont awarded degrees, diplomas, and credentials to 1,736 students whose personal and academic journeys are shaping the region’s future. The ceremonies, held at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at Bojangles Coliseum, celebrated a graduating class rich in determination, diversity, and purpose.
Although there are no new measles cases in North Carolina, cases are increasing across the United States, raising concern, especially in places with large, close-knit communities, such as college campuses.
