Central Piedmont is initiating an archive clean-up process to improve storage efficiency and streamline video systems. This update will affect archived video content stored in our systems and includes permanent deletion of older, unviewed files. 

🗓️ Key Dates to Know: 

📌 May 20 – Permanent deletion of all videos that have not been viewed in the past five years
📌 November 27 – Start of new retention policy, which will automatically delete all videos archived on or before November 27, 2024 

✅ What You Should Do: 

Review Archived Content: Check your stored videos now. To preserve a video, please download or view it before May 20. 

Protect Critical Content: Think something should be kept? Submit an ITS ticket for review of essential videos.
