If you passed by our Art Galleries recently and noticed two empty spaces, have no fear because those empty spaces have been filled! Today we opened with two new shows. In the Ross Gallery we are exhibiting Blur: A Community Portrait Project featuring Atlanta based photographer Melissa Alexander along with guest curator Jonell Logan. Ms Alexander’s artist lecture and reception will be held on Thursday, October 24 at 4:30 p.m. in Bryant Hall with a reception following at 5:30 p.m. in the Ross Gallery.

In the Overcash Gallery we have opened our annual Holiday Art Market. All items are for sale and nothing is priced higher than $50. All art is handmade by our student body and faculty and we have some beautiful items for sale! The opening reception for the Holiday Art Market is November 6 from 5-7 p.m. in the Art Galleries.
