Tour of the Zachary Tate Porter Show

Zachary Tate Porter’s first solo exhibition, Groundwork: Tracings, Excavations, and Burials, opened on Monday and is on view through November 1. A trained architect, this talented young artist has created a body of work related to the intersection of humanity and ground. In paintings and collages coated with resin, large canvases, and small wooden boxes housing artifacts, Porter portrays mappings and investigations of imagined landscapes with finesse.

Learn more about Porter’s work and career at his artist lecture on October 17 in Pease Auditorium at noon.
