On Thursday January 29 at 8pm in the Halton Theatre Charlotte Concerts will present Orquesta Sinfónica del Estado de México.
“Founded in 1971 by Maestro Enrique Batiz and the State Government of Mexico, the Orquesta Sinfónica del Estado de México aims to promote music as a means of union and identification among Mexicans. A cultural gem of Mexico, the orchestra has recorded a wide range of traditional Mexican and Spanish songs as well as classics by Verdi and Beethoven.”
