Free VITA Tax preparation services are available for qualified individuals in the CPCC community.
The VITA tax service will be available on the 4th Floor of the Learning Resource Center on Central Campus, from January 22nd through April 16, 2018.
To qualify for this free service, your annual salary must be $54,000 or less.
Monday through Friday appointments are required, and on Saturdays it’s walk-ins only.
The hours are as follows:
Mondays 10 a.m. – noon; 1-7 p.m.
Tuesdays 8 a.m. – noon; 1 – 5 p.m.
Wednesday 8 a.m. – noon; 1 – 5 p.m.
Thursday 10 a.m. – noon; 1 – 5 p.m.
Friday 9 a.m. – noon
Saturdays 9 a.m. – noon

If you wish to get the electronic copy of the 1098-T TUITION STATEMENT 2012 form (once it’s available) instead of the form by mail, please go to http://mycollege.cpcc.edu, sign on with your student ID, choose the “Student Menu,” click on the “1098T Paper Option” link. The IRS strongly encourages the students to receive the 1098-T: Tuition Statements electronically.
CPCC’s Financial Aid Office - New Resources. New Ways.
Financial aid applications must be completed by selecting the “import” option using the IRS Data Retrieval tool on the FAFSA; otherwise an official IRS Transcript (directly from the IRS) is required.

If you are working directly with a Financial Aid Specialist and are awaiting an electronic correction, or if you have already been awarded, this message may not apply to you. If you have consented to receive your 1098-T form electronically, go to http://mycollege.cpcc.edu to view your 1098-T form.
If you have not consented to receive your 1089-T form electronically, a printed 1098-T form is being mailed to your current address on file with the college.
