Student Network Accounts Lockout Policy Update

CPCC Information Technology Services

Beginning on May 25, 2021, Information Technology Services will implement an incorrect password lockout policy for students who use services that require a login. Three incorrect password attempts will result in an account being locked for 15 minutes.  After 15 minutes the account will unlock. If a student needs immediate access, they will need to contact the Information Technology Services Help Desk to have their account unlocked.
