Managing Day-to-Day Stress

Want to relieve the stress in your life?  Wish you could learn new strategies to handle stress?  Student Life and the Family Resource Center invite you to this lunch and learn program, which will be presented by Margo Riddle from StressNovant Healthcare.  She will share information about how stress affects our bodies, and she will help us identify the warning signs of stress.  Participants will also learn tips for easing the stress in our lives.

A light lunch will be served.
