Counseling Services presents…Healthy Relationships:  Making Relationships Work presentation – Wednesday, February 22

February is the month we celebrate love!  Counseling Services will be hosting a Healthy Relationships presentation on Wednesday, February 22nd from 11 a.m. – noon in the Zeiss Building, Rm 1112.  Attendees will learn what they can do to make their significant relationships healthier and more enjoyable. 

A light lunch will be provided. All students are welcome. No need to sign up… just show up!

Counseling Services, in collaboration with the math department, will be hosting a Mind Over Math workshop on Tuesday, February 21 from 10 – 11 a.m. in the Zeiss Building, Rm 1102.  We will teach strategies for overcoming test anxiety, math avoidance, and how to make the most of your study time.

Snacks will be served. All students are welcome. No need to sign up… just show up!

Mind Over Math

Counseling Services will be offering a math anxiety workshop, “Mind over Math,” twice this semester.  This 60-minute workshop is packed with information to help you overcome math avoidance and gain strategies to feel more calm and focused while doing math. It’s helpful for students in any course that involves mathematics: math, science, business, accounting and more.

o   Monday, 1/23/17 at 2 p.m. in the Zeiss Building, Room 1110

o   Tuesday, 2/21/17 at 10 a.m. in the Zeiss Building, Room 1102
