Mark your calendars for Career Development Week! Workshops will take place Tuesday, November 14 – Thursday, November 16.

Review all the events and register to attend.

You will have opportunities to engage with employers from various industries during professional development workshops, including LinkedIn, resume development, mock interviews, employer panels, and a meet and greet.

Employers will also speak about current employment opportunities at their companies and discuss the skills necessary to be successful in this current job market.

Career Development Week is hosted by the Office of Mentoring and Coaching in conjunction with Career Services.

National Disability Employment Awareness Month Event

Join Career Services for Disability & Disclosure-Navigating the Employment Process, featuring Marty Musser, Advocacy Director from Disability Rights and Resources. This event aims to educate students with disabilities on:

  • your rights during the employment application process
  • how to navigate the process effectively
  • how to advocate for reasonable accommodations while on the job

Use your summer to get paid while building your work experience!   Did you know that students with a paid internship make a higher salary after graduation?  Visit Handshake to see paid internships and other employment opportunities. Transfer students are eligible for internships too.

Use Big Interview to get ready to rock your internship interviews!  This online system builds your interview confidence and expertise.
