“Heaven” is part of Krzysztof Kieślowski’s film trilogy “Heaven,” “Hell” and “Purgatory.” As in his other films, “Heaven” reflects the ambiguities of good and evil and existence. Philippa is a teacher of English in Turin, Italy. She is a good woman who is prepared to sacrifice herself to fight against evil, but through a great misfortune she may have done evil herself.  Facilitated by: Daniela Weinert, CPCC German Instructor.
