Keeping you safe is one of the College’s top priorities. That’s why we’ve decided to upgrade Critical Alert and the emergency notification system tool we use to contact you in the event of a campus emergency.
As of now, all emergency communications from the College will come from Regroup.com. This new tool is extremely user-friendly and includes a variety of new features. Going forward, you’ll be able to:
1. directly update your contact information in the Emergency Notification System instead of logging in through CPCCLogin.
2. control whether or not you receive emergency notifications by joining or opting-out of the system.
3. customize your notifications.
If you are a CPCC student, staff or faculty member who previously signed up to receive notification messages, your contact information will be automatically transferred into the new system. To ensure this information was transferred correctly, a test message will be sent to you on Friday, Feb. 24.
If you do not receive the test message, need to sign up for this service or want to confirm your contact information is correct in the system, please visit https://cpcc.regroup.com.
