Due to the coronavirus situation, the March 2020 College Senate meeting has been postponed to Tuesday, March 31, provided that campuses are open on that date. Meetings are held at 2:30 p.m. on Central Campus in the Health Careers Building, Room 4510. All professional staff and faculty are welcome to attend. Due to this change, our guest speakers are now to be determined.
We have also extended the deadline to submit a nomination for College Senate President-Elect to Monday, March 23. As a reminder, any full-time faculty or professional staff member who is not part of administration and who has served in the College Senate for at least one year is eligible to run. The president-elect serves one year in that position, then moves into the College Senate President role for a one-year term. You may nominate yourself. If you would like to nominate someone else, please ask them if they would like to be nominated first.
