This recent BusinessWeek article shows that companies are partnering with schools to help fill positions requiring special skills sets and training. While the focus of this article is on four-year universities (Virginia Tech & Georgia Tech), the same can be said of businesses (of all sizes!) that work with community colleges by hosting Co-op students or interns.
