At the beginning of the semester, we moved bookcases to make room for a new quiet study area in the library. We’ve updated the space again by addition partitions to make your quiet study experience a bit more…well, quiet. For a more unquiet study experience, be sure to check out a Netbook and head to our Group Study Room (CT 270), where you can spread out and collaborate.
Don’t forget the deadline to apply for the Theresa Thompson Library Scholarship is April 16th.

A big thank you to the students and staff who participated in Cato’s first storytelling event, Word of Mouth. We had seven students to register for the event (all guys) including Samuel Lee, Gordon Holliday, Justin Repine, Jimmie Smith, Mike Reynolds, Anthony Kenmore, and Dre Williams. We did have two brave female volunteers, Shay and Sedae, who stepped up to the mic at the end. Justin, Anthony, Shay, and Sedae will be telling their stories again at Sensoria in April.
Don’t forget to register for Word of Mouth. Cato’s event is on February 29th from 10:30 – 11:30 am. Ask your instructors about extra credit for participation.
